Once the objectives and the strategy to achieve them have been defined it’s time to work over a plan.
A plan in which each one, either within a departmental structure, or in the global of the company, adopts a role, a function, and whose role is relevant to the whole and the whole has something to do with him/her, identifying linkages and shared needs.
This plan, in addition to the specific actions and matrix of responsibilities, incorporates a measurement and monitoring plan in such a way that each action has specific KPIs related to the overall business objectives.
